I start sweating so easily with this. It's so fun tho I prefer this over a lot of other workouts. I haven't measured my waist but I removed quite a bit of links so that it fits snug. When I first got it and it was wide like an actual hula, it was moving up and down too much and I end up hitting myself with the weight in my chin. Make sure you're in an open space too. I knocked some paint off my wall. I'm down 5 lbs in 2 weeks.

I like it but it's very noisy. Love that it's easily adjustable but wish it came with an option to have a heavier weighed ball as well. Definitely gets my sweat going great start to my workouts. Seeing some progress with love handles and firmness in lower stomach

Super easy, light weight, fun but I don't think it's affective enough for weight-loss. Easy for fitting around the waist (if not too big). Just like a hoolahop with a skip it attached, lol 2 childhood memories in one place. Rather cheap material. However, it might be a good start for someone who needs to really ease into an exercise routine.

This works really well. It's just a little noisy which is annoying, but other than that, I love it. My waist is 48" and the 47" size fit perfectly and isn't tight. It's easy to put together and easy to use. It works your legs too!

I love this weighted hoop!!! I use it 30 minutes in the morning & 30 minutes in the evening. It’s been 2 weeks of CONSTANT USE & I literally see my waist snatching in! Do buy, it’s a must && at this cost! Do it

Very durable for its cost. Have it a yr now and use this everyday. It works i have lost 4 inches in2 weeks

The instructions provided was easy to read and I got the weight to glide and turn easily. I’m using it for my weight-loss cardio workouts and I do feel it in my core and legs! I have 4 stars because I wish it came with the extra sand we’re able to add in but it’s alright for now .
