Good product. Good service
We ordered one to try and were so impressed we ordered another. This one had a hole in the box & damage to one of the pedals. Communications were answered within quickly &, rather than wait for post from China, we bought a new pedal on Amazon for which they refunded us & paid significant compensation for the inconvenience! The bikes are well constructed & well fitted ( including horn & even brake light) Easy to put together with the reasonable tool kit included. Ignition key has been moved to under the frame where it also locks the battery in. At 25 Kilos in weight it's quite awkward to handle when fully folded so we don't "break" the frame but fold everything else down before wheeling into our Motorhome storage. Initial testing shows reasonable comfort and good performance but battery life still to be checked. We reckon its very good value for money.

Sounds Fake Description.
I haven't opened the bike requested return. It's 350watt which is illegal. Every moter has Description of Voltage, Size, Watt, and Serial Number SW-PY 48V20 350D24H230341007Here Voltage is 48, Size is 20, Watt is 350 and Serial Number is D24H230341007The manufacturer is cheating to the customer. In the UK, 350 Watt is illegal to run on the Road.EditedFinally, seller is saying it is 250watt. Mostly yes. It doesn't have much power to climb the hill. But runs smooth like car.I have removed throttle. Legally not allowed.Durability, of free wheel, Error E10.. frustrating.. chain falls. After break 10 cycles to start motor.
