This lamp provided the perfect amount of lighting for our nail desk and ideal for recording nail sessions. However the pole of the lamp does not extend long enough to cover the center of desk from the side…as such we have to place the base of the lamp on the inside of the desk. This is not ideal for our nail technicians. Will most likely have toReturn this one. 😢

10/10 super cute and sturdy base!

i rarely ever right reviews complaining; usually, i send it back and call it a day but this was insane. i spent 40 minutes to set the light up and the directions are easy to understand and the set up itself is quick. what i’m very upset at is that the quality of this lamp is definitely not the worth the price. the photo included shows that the metal is literally tilted i tried for a full 30 minutes after assembling all of the other parts to get the lamp to sit up straight and not LITERALLY FALL OVER just to take it apart and notice that the metal was significantly crooked and i was unable to fully set up the lamp. i have to disassemble all of my work and reorder a new one. i’m extremely disappointed with the quality of this product and it seems that a lot of people are too in the reviews. waste ur time or money fr

Its balance is so bad, you have to keep on the certain level otherwise it falls. Every time i use, i have to put something heavy on the stand to make it still stand. I regret to buy it.

I am happy with the lighting ranges and it has made my life in the spa considerably easier in terms of visibility… BUT I had to get very creative on the placement of my lamp and balancing out the weight distribution. The bottom portion that is supposed to be built for compensation of weight distribution isn’t up to snuff. I’m hoping that if I tighten the bolt with a crescent wrench and it’ll ease the tipping, but I’m not taking chances while with a client. I will have to find some weighted situation/setup to keep the lamp upright when I have to move the top away from me, or else I have to move the ENTIRE lamp EVERY TIME. Other than that, I bought it used, so it was a little roughed up, and the wiring in the stems of the lamp had carelessly been pulled so far back into the pipe that it took us 40 minutes and a lot of frustration to get it to finally budge. If you find yourself in a situation where you have to relocate it, be VERY cognizant of how you disassemble it, and even go so far as to maybe taping the cord down along the outer stem of the lamp to keep from losing it down the inner part of the pipe/stems.

4 stars because weight distribution and build quality could have been better! Tilts over regardless of how I place it so I've had to add 10 pound weight on base. Tends to slide if I rotate light so I'm always shifting of back. Otherwise cute and light works great.
