I have been using Ginseng for over 20 years, purchased from several different places, different countries and while in Asia. This Ginseng is of good quality, consistent , over several orders. Good sized pieces, very few crumbs. I would recommend this brand, as good as the mid-grade quality you can get in Asia. If you have been using ginseng a while you know there is big difference in very high quality ginseng and junk, this compares very well with mid-grade ginseng like a person would use for everyday use.

I ordered 2 Bags of American Ginseng Slices. When the shipment came, I open the package and see there is only 1 bag not 2,I try to return but unable to return. Very disappointed.

The ginseng that I received 4oz.package nowhere stated that it was Organic, although on Amazon it is advertised as Organic.
