Excellent product. Seems flimsy but really isn't. Works well for the 3 of us

Maintenance in Manchester only
Although the containers are flimsy, I can still use it to steam the food, provided that I wash it with water afterwards. One downside is the maintenance is in Manchester, so if there is any problem, I have to go all the way there even with my warranty.

Great steamer
This is our second one of these went with the same as it lasted for years and it's a nice size for the two of us but also good if having family over for dinner too. Good price easy to use and clean.

A cheap steamer but so very flimsy won’t last long.
This steamer looked great in the pictures but had to send it back as it is so very flimsy and insubstantial.

Does the job but very small if using for a family mostly suited to somebody living alone.

Small, convenient, size.
There is only two of us,so this steamer is the ideal size for us.I put raw carrot in the base basket.new potatoes in the middle basket and cauliflower florets in the top set timer for 20 minutes then all is ready to serve.with what ever meat or fish is cheap and available.

Just the right size for elderly (but obviously too small for families), perfect!
