Fantastic Fans For The Price Worth The Investment
I built a computer back in November of 2024. I was able to get all new parts except for case fans. I had to use the old ones from my previous build. That being said, my computer was lightning fast but had an ugly whirring sound that was very obvious and apparent to anyone who entered my office and listened to the fans.Enter these fans. Yesterday I cleaned up my computer and gutted out all 5 of the old fans. I purchased two packs of these 3 quantity ThermalRight rgb fans.WARNING: If you want RGB functionality make sure you have enough RGB headers on your motherboard! I purchased a FAN hub that only gave power to the fans, NOT a fan hub that ALSO has RGB functionality!! If you're looking for your fans to light up make sure to either have an appropriate amount of RGB headers on your MB or buy a fan hub with RGB functionality! As of this review the hub that I purchased only gives power to my fans and one of the fans has its rgb 3 pin connector attached to my motherboard-- it is the only fan with light and color. If I had a fan hub with RGB connection all of my fans would be on right now.So beware; if you have regular fans that don't have rgb just get a regular fan hub because the one I purchased is technically doing it's job. All of my fans are on and began spinning successfully on the first time POST'ing again...They are ULTRA quiet. I don't hear a single thing. Major boost in peace from the older fans I had -- their sound is wedged into my soul forever...Now this computer feels like the new computer that it actually is. Fast, efficient, and deadly quiet. They all run fast up to 1500rpm and my CPU and GPU are idling at least 10 degrees celsius cooler than before with all 6 fans installed.Overall I am very very happy with these fans; just make sure if you get the RGB variant to have enough connectors on your motherboard or to have a fan AND rgb hub. The one fan that does have its light on is incredibly bright and is adjustable with motherboard software; can be made brighter or dimmer to your preference. Once I purchase the fan and RGB hub I will come post a picture to my review of my rig.

Awesome fans
Was looking for some good fans to install in my new case since I used to have an open case but decided to upgrade to closed case, after reading reviews I could see the best options for the price so I went ahead and order them, installation was easy as you can chain link the rgb and the fan controls they are mounted and working great, colors are vibrant and bright. They are quiet at mid and low speed but you are going to hear them at full speed, that's not a deal breaker for me but some people want a super computer that dont make any noise whatsoever.

Budget-Friendly ARGB Fan with Solid Performance
The Thermalright TL-C12C-S 120mm ARGB fan offers impressive value for its price. With a maximum speed of 1550 RPM and airflow up to 66.17 CFM, it provides adequate cooling for most builds. The fan operates at a noise level of approximately 25.6 dBA, ensuring a quiet system under load. Its 4-pin PWM connector allows for precise speed control, enhancing efficiency. The ARGB lighting is vibrant, featuring 17 lighting modes that can be synchronized with compatible motherboards. Users have reported reliable performance over extended periods, with some noting a slight increase in case temperatures due to the fan's RPM compared to previous models. Overall, the TL-C12C-S is a cost-effective choice for those seeking aesthetic appeal and functional cooling without breaking the bank.

Good budget fan some what quiet at lowest rpm
They have a bit of a drone to them at medium rpm range. I went with these for pice and to match my thermal right peerless assassin 140 cooler. If you run them at their absolute lowest rpm they are fairly quiet and they seem to push air well at their lowest rpm. Be warned that I use a fan controller however. I have five of these hooked up to a fan controller and I’m disappointed because of the ‘quiet’ advertising. My hearing may be a bit more sensitive than other. If your doing a podcast you don’t want these in your pc next to you imo. They are of good value however if you can get away with using their lowest rpm. You could buy 9 of these for the price of a premium noctua fan. I was trying to avoid spending over $200 in fans but unfortunately it doesn’t look like that is gonna happen and will have to get the premium stuff. The premium noctua or be quiet stuff is $30 each. So five noctua fans is a whopping $150. I had to give four stars because of the price to performance ratio. If these were $15 I’d probably give 3 stars for example. I just wish they were more silent at their lowest rpm, but that’s what separates a premium $30 noctua fan to a $7 budget fan like this.

good fans
color settings are nice. the fans are quiet, as i run them in turbo mode. only downside is the daisy chain cables. they are all connected at one point on the fan.
