Blocks light, soft, doesn't squeeze my head. My neighbor has a motion light that hits my bedroom window and this mask does the trick.

Like I said in the title but you can not just throw it into the laundry , I also tried to use wash it by hand. It will be shrink

Got this for my daughter for college since the dorms do not have darkening shades. She LOVES it. She says it is so smooth and comfortable and the color was prefect. Absolutely worth the money and would buy again. Came in a matching silk bag.

This is the most comfy sleep mask I’ve ever owned and it stays snug all night - I’m obsessed with it. It’s cushy but also breathable. It’s hard to find a really good sleep mask. This one is also cool and it doesn’t feel hot at all. I’m obsessed:

I love this specific eye mask b/c it is soft and can be made large enough not to apply pressure to my eyeballs (or give me wrinkles), which was always my concern in the past (especially since I have recurrent corneal erosion, meaning pressure on my eyelid can tear my cornea). I am a VERY light sleeper and I feel like using this eye mask has helped me fall into a deeper sleep. I dream more when I wear it. That is partly due to its ability to block out light, but it is also b/c it keeps my eyes from drying out! I have very dry and sensitive eyes, and I sleep with eye drops next to me on the bed, since I normally have to use them constantly. Since I have started using this eye mask, I reach for eye drops WAY LESS and could probably get away with not using them at all. I think that is b/c the mask stops the HVAC from blowing on my eyes, and it also warms my eyes just slightly, so that my oil production is increased. Because I do have dry eye disease, meaning my eyes get infected easily, I hand wash my mask each time I use it and then reach for a clean one (I own several).Update: Well, I got an eye infection, as my mother warned me I would, so I’m no longer using these masks and downgraded the star rating. I am now using an eye mask that is domed (like a bra), so it doesn’t touch my eyes at all, and can be laundered (vs hand washed) and dried on high heat. The issue with this mask is that, despite being loose, it does fall onto your eyes and rubs against them, so it traps the ick that your eye produces at night. Also, it can only be hand washed/air dried, so I’m guessing I could only get it so clean (despite washing every time I wore it). My mother had the same issue w another brand of the same type of (non domed) mask, apparently. With that said, if you have non-problematic eyes, it could still work for you. If you have MGD/blepharitis, dry eye, recurrent corneal erosion, etc., I’d stick with the domed masks. I wrote a review for the one I like, if you click on my profile.
