If you get injured alot then get these. Touch wood I have not been injured since buying g these....start with lightweight facepulls and back excercises...then move on to using the commercial usual equipment. This is a life saver.

Update to original review, seller has replaced item and pointed out an individual fault which has been rectified. Very good effort on the sellers part. Had this for a couple of weeks, works great for various cable extentions but under only 60kg weight the seam came apart. Not a high weight by any means and would expect this to be far more robust.

Much better than the standard ones you get at the gym. Plus, I know that this will now always be available for me to use!

What can I say, does exactly what you need and cheap as chips. Only started using this week but has been used in every session and feels very comfortable and a good length for tricep extentions.

The stitching started to give when using it for bodyweight rows, so not very confident about it.
