The packaging is an absolute let down to this set. The cup arrived with little chips and it’s amazing there wasn’t more damage. Just a cardboard box and the shell plate wrapped in foam that was all.£19.99 for this tea set if it was properly packaged would still be expensive but worth it because the design is beautiful. The Sakura spoon is so nice too. But I have to mark down for the lack of protection. I reckon most if not all will arrive with chips big and small.

When I was ordering this cup I was honestly convinced it looked tacky. When it arrived it turned out to be much nicer and does not scream 'yuck!' at you. There is a bit of fault in the glazing (minor) - like there are minuscule holes, possibly from some tiny bubbles that burst? Anyway, it looks great and much nicer than I could have expected. I think it would make a nice gift to someone who'd appreciate it.

This is a beautiful porcelain cup and saucer. In pink - the saucer has a sea shell effect with a pearl positioned at the top which looks so elegant. The cup is quite small and dainty and has a smaller pearl positioned on the handle.Absolutely exquisite - I love nice dinner and tea sets and also collect random cups and saucers if they are a little bit different. This is certainly different, beautiful quality and even has a little copper colour spoon. Five stars.

It's a bit pricey for one single cup and a saucer plate, but if I didn't know the price at all, then I would certainly say that it's a pretty-looking cup set. The pearl detail looks really good, and the color combination is great too. The cup itself is solidly made, and it's dishwasher safe too.

Gorgeous cup and saucer. I actually got it as a gift, but decided to keep it for myself. Both pieces are porcelain. Love it.

Beautiful shell cup and plate with a sakura flower spoon, the cup is lightweight and delicate to hold and the plate is slightly weighted, it says it's dishwasher safe but i haven't risked it.Overall good quality.

Love it! I'm so happy with it. Arrived in perfect condition. I wouldn't dare put this in the dishwasher as I don't want to damage the finish.
