I am very happy with this product. The first was defective, but the replacement is great! My mom loves it. I bought it for her.

I use this heating pad all the time. It works so well.

This product literally only lasted four months. I am seriously disappointed and would love the company to reach out to me.

Love this cozy heating pad and LOVE that you can "sit" on it or lay it on top of you.

This pad is a great size and works well but the small clip that attaches the power and control is very flimsy and snapped right off. I would have sent it back for a replacement but it took so long to get it in the first place. This is my second one and I use it for my back. It works very well.

Purchased 1 on 12/23/2023, 1 on 2/23/24, and 1 on 2/23/24. So far two have stopped working.

Love this heating pad. It’s 20” x 40” and it covers my back perfectly I’m a little person so it doesn’t take much. The timer is so easy to use with its 10 settings and the quality is superb.
