Great laptop for the price.
I researched over 10 different laptops and this one is the best for the price. Touch screen, bright screen, 360 degree hinge, and sturdy.

Hinge will break within a year
I got this laptop and the hinge broke after a few months of normal use. I refunded it and got a second one thinking it was a fluke.It was not. 2nd one lasted a little longer but the same exact issue occurred.We only opened the laptop 2x a week and still both broke in about 6 months

Don't buy this model!
I love HP's but this model is terrible. The sound died eight months after purchase. After exactly 12 months, I heard a loud crack and discovered that the left hinge had separated. I don't use the tablet feature, so it has never even been folded over. I have no idea why it broke. Worse yet, I tried to prop it open until I could get it fixed but the cover fell backward and the screen is cracked.

Within a year the screen pulled apart from case
I have had this product for about a year. I like the computer itself. It is fast and very capable but I have had several issues. The screen separated from the case and the screen won't stay open. The speakers also stopped working a few months in.

Hinge broke after 15 months
I like the laptop, however one of the hinges broke after 15 months.

Some screen glitches
It works well for the most part and I love the large screen for streaming. The screen does glitch a couple times a day but only when scrolling. As long as the page stays stable there doesn't seem to be an issue
