I got this book for inspo for a Victorian renovation and it’s already given me so many gorgeous ideas. I love the little facts about the time and the variety of visuals are so tasteful and varied. Getting so many fun ideas of how to incorporate the Victorian authentically with a comfortably modern feel.

Flabbergasted that this book is being so well rated. The decor is cheap, the overall looks are so superficial. I was looking for more ideas to enhance my home - this book did not deliver. House would be devalued if you take inspirational lead from this book. If modern means cheap and nasty then this book nails it.

Really lovely and useful book. Definitely useful for reference if you’re renovating a Victorian property.
