I've been using this stuff for a while now, and I'm loving it. I never liked the plastic strings and plastic containers that are par for the course with conventional floss. I tried another natural brand which was a high quality floss but far to thick for me. Some of my teeth have a fair gap between them, and some are so close that it's hard to get anything between them. This floss manages to fit all my teeth well, and does a lovely job in the process. The floss has just enough roughness and grip to do a nice job of cleaning. The stainless canister is working great, and I love knowing that I can purchase refills alone without a new container. Thanks for a great product.UPDATE: I've been using this floss for almost two years, and I still love it. The only issue I've had is that my teeth are growing even more crowded over time and are extremely close together in some places. I still find this floss works well between most of my teeth. BUT... if your teeth are so close that it takes great force to push the floss in, then be very careful and only use a FRESH piece of floss in that spot. My tightest gap is between two molars, and on multiple occasions I have pushed this floss between them only to have it break on the way back out, leaving a chunk of the floss fiber stuck between the teeth, which is then VERY difficult to get out (I keep a small amount of thin plastic-y floss on hand to fish out the fibers when this happens, and it's not easy). I notice this is more prone to happen when I've used that floss already for a moment and the bamboo fibers are already softening due to moisture and wear. It works much better if I use a fresh piece of floss in prime condition (ie floss the closest teeth first). Just my two cents, for those with really close molars. Overall, still a great product though.

I try my best to reduce waste when it comes to certain items so was looking for a reusable floss dispenser with easy refills and I am so glad I found this one. I only wish I had found this sooner. It looks beautiful too. The floss is perfect and this set up is actually very cost effective as well. So much better than constantly having to throw away floss dispensers that are single use. Even the compostable dispensers are terrible and fall apart prematurely. This one is great. I was debating the glass dispenser too but have a tendency to drop things in the bathroom a lot so opted for this durable metal option. So cool! Get one!!!

I made this switch to cut down on waste. I have found this product actually works better than the dental tape I was using to floss- even my dentist asked me about the product. I do use a slower motion when I floss with it and focus more on sort of running it against each tooth and deeper in the gums, which helps regarding breakage issues I had when I first started using the product. It also picks up tarter better than plastic floss, due to texture, according to my hygienist. I had gum recession badly and this, plus a different flossing technique, has actually improved it! I love the reusable container and compact refills. It costs a little more than buying regular floss, but it's worth it!

Flossing daily, knowing that it’s better for the environment is why I chose this. This is a very good product. The amount of floss that you get last a long time. The metal container is just the right size and much safer than glass. A slight adjustment of the opening with a needle nose plier took care feeding and cutting the floss fine. The charcoal floss is strong, but a little thicker than I like. I Have few tight gaps between my teeth, so the thickness makes it a little harder, but not a deal breaker.

I’ve used it once. The gunk it got off my teeth was easily visible against the black floss and that was satisfying. I have tight teeth with food traps. This floss has more texture than Glide. I could feel “scrubbing” between my teeth. Sensory warning: you feel the floss texture. Moving it through tight spaces makes a pseudo-sound that some may find unpleasant. The Floss broke once on my first attempt at my trickiest tooth with a top-down approach to interdental space. Approaching the interdental space from the side was successful. The little black stainless steel container is easy to open and cuts the floss easily. The origin of this product is not in the listing. Box says, “responsibly made in China”.
