Forget the part about no holding a charge. I don't know what was wrong the first few times I used it, but after being dormant for months I charged it overnight and it's been running flawlessly for 5 days, never turned off, only to sleep when the computer is off which hasn't been much since it is helping out Tiny 11 on a Surface Pro One from 20102.Everything I said holds true, but give me one with a battery. No longer than this thing holds a charge, it might as well be wired to its own USB port. Great mouse, but plug it in when you're done for the day or don't expect it to work in the morning.Sleek and comfortable as a Microsoft ergo mouse at 1/4 the price. The dual mode came in handy because the older laptop I bought it for couldn't get happy with Bluetooth but is smooth and reliable on the 2.4 wireless. I should say that the awful Bluetooth experience was with a 2016 laptop was singular. Bluetooth worked fine with every other machine I tried it on. The colors are a nice touch. It charges quickly and will run tethered if necessary, a feature some rechargeable mice I've used don't have. Meaning when they're dead they're dead until they charge. Overall, a very good multi use ergo mouse for a great price.

While the mouse itself seems fine, the scroll spacing feels short so you will have to scroll the wheel alot. I don't think there is an adjustment setting for this. Bluetooth and USB dongle work as they should. The biggest disappointment is the RGB lighting. It turns off when you move the mouse, and only comes on when its not in use. I had requested a replacement on my first mouse thinking that it was defective because of this, but on the replacement it is the same, so I can only assume its meant to be like this. Its really a shame, the RGB should be on all the time.

The price point on this dual mode mouse is good. I like that it's rechargeable. The lights are nice; it works as advertised in both modes and is easily transferable.'nuff said.

Needed something lightweight, quiet and wireless to connect to my surface for CAD. This little mouse came and connected straight to the surface as soon as I turned it and the Bluetooth on. Includes wireless and Bluetooth options so you can have it connected to two devices and have easy switching between the two. Includes a DPI button for accurate control when needed. Cool light colors, neat design, comfortable and light. No problems so far.

Easy to connect. If your computer has Bluetooth, no need for the dongle. Hooks right up. Sleeps when not in use. Wakes right up.I will be ordering another one for a second computer.

Do not waste your money on this junk. Just spend a few extra dollars and buy the Microsoft version of this, it works better and lasts a lot longer than this junk holds a charge. I work for 8-10 hours per day on my laptop and this mouse always needs to be recharged, even multiple times a day! It's too late for me to return it now, so this is your warning not to make the same mistake I did!

1: instructions are large enough print to read vs. product I'm returning because instructions too tiny and too sparse, bigger more buttons than I need.2: colored lights are cool, scroll is very good, left right button click easy (with old Logitech mini BT scrolling was jumpy, clicking had to hold down long time many times.I wanted to get away from buying batteries, get rechargeable, scroll smoothly, switch from BT on chromebook with android (samsung) phone. only had this mouse a few hours and I love it. I don't like wasting 1 of 2 usb-c ports for a dedicated receiver so I will just use bluetooth. I've got samsung watch nearby, google mini that use bluetooth but proximity didn't harm connection to laptop or phone. sleek enough to travel, long enough to conform to your hand and tip of fingers press L and R buttons.
