I’m new to coffee drinking but have sampled a bunch and this is my favorite. I get a perfect cup of coffee each time. Ready to switch to refillable K-cups so I’m not producing so much waste, though.

I've found this flavor recently in a multi-pack box I bought at a local store. I liked it so much, I ordered this flavor through Amazon. With Amazon Prime delivery, you can't beat the convenience and the price for the quality of bean used in this particular choice. I was slightly leery about ordering due to a couple of bad reviews but I think they were just one-off instances. My experience was perfect. Highly recommended.EDIT: After several shipments of the same coffee, I just received a batch that had a really funky flavor to it and it's so bad, I can't drink it. I went back to my instant stuff until the next delivery of something else arrives which is still a day or so away. I can't believe how icky the instant stuff tastes but it's still so much better than the bad batch I just received. It's more than likely, a bad set of beans which grew in slightly different soil than the other stuff I've been getting but it has me a bit leery about the next order. I'm going to wait a while before I order this one again. I'm also going to try and find a way to contact the vendor to report the awful batch. I love supporting the principles of Fair Trade so I will be back.

Winner of a number of barista taste tests and in the top two or three of most, this is one of my favorite coffees. I have been a Columbian coffee fan for several years, but have tried virtually every different brand I can find to pick my favorite. Several have come close, but out of several dozen varieties, Green Mountain Coffee's Columbian Fair Trade Select has risen to the top as my absolute favorite. It is rich, smoothe, and very tasty with no bitterness whatsoever. Thankfully, the grocery where I shop generally has this variety and more times than not, it's on sale. I highly recommend Green Mountain Coffee's Columbian Fair Trade Select as one of the best-tasting coffees on the market.

Columbian Select is a basic no frills medium strength coffee: great aroma, smooth and flavorful and no hint of bitterness or burnt taste. It's similar to Donut House (bold) but without the slight sweetness. I drink it black and find the 10 OZ setting perfect in strength to get me going in the morning. If you take it with cream and sugar you probably need to go for the 6 or 8 OZ settings. Definitely use the 6OZ setting if you're mixing with Baileys. One of my favorites along with Donut House, Jet Fuel, Kenyan and Amazonian. I've bought it here at Amazon, Keurig and the mall and it's been consistent in taste and freshness. Just out of the factory they're dated a year in advance, so be sure you get a fresh one. Often I see expired boxes at Macy's, Ross and TJMax.

This is the first time I tried Columbian coffee from GreenMountain. It is a good tasting medium bodied coffee and I would buy it again. 4 stars for taste.I subtracted one star for K-cup packaging. I have come across 3 K-cups so far that have either closed the water flow completely or allowed a very slow drip. My Kuerig has worked fine before and after those bad K-cups so I know it isn't my machine.
