Good product, Great Customer Service
I love this machine. It worked great right out of the box and was really easy to use. A few months after I bought it, a minor problem developed. Heats Rapidly
I've used several small pen-style burners, but have been unhappy with them, as they were cheap & too hot for my hands.This burner heats rapidly and is easy to use. There is little to no heat to my hands. The holder mounted to the top works well & there is no danger of starting a fire. The base is heavy & does not move around my workbench.The tips are easily changed, and they burn very effectively.
