The truffle hits as soon as you open it, and the cheddar is rich, smooth, and just the right sharpness. I’ve used it on crackers, in toasties, and grated over pasta or just picked at it at midnight standing at the open fridge as it's so addictive.

Beautiful cheese, arrived quickly and with a lil ice gel pack that was reusable, whether or not you want to is optional haha. Showed they had faith in their shipping fully, as I'm in Northern Ireland, shipped from mainland as far as I can tell. I can buy this cheese across the road from my workplace it turns out, but it's equal price or more expensive to do so.Very crumbly and does dry out quickly once the wax coating is cracked, beautiful in a sandwich or cauliflower cheese etc. Can't recommend enough, perfectly balanced
