The media could not be loaded. Product is good, expected more Kpa like 20kpa, overall is good product. Dry cleans as per expectation, will share wet cleaning after using it more

Never purchase
It does not work for the purpose and return is a big hassle. Inalsa technician suggest to run only for 5 mins and rest for 15 mins. And the drawback is when you use suction blower also runs and throw the dust or dirty water collected from the suction. I never saw such a waste vacuum cleaner. After trying for a few minutes it started getting a burnt smell and stopped working. Technician confirmed it has motor issues. Blower is not powerful and doesn’t blow anything except from the dust bag. Recommend not to purchase if you are looking for a good vacuum cleaner. Not efficient

Good product but Worst service.
Good product but Worst service.Vacuum cleaner was too noisy after 6 months of use, I had manufacturing warranty to get it repaired, but there was no response from the technicians they hired(obviously 3rd party vendors).It was repaired after one month of continuous followup.The product serves the purpose with good suction power, but if you are looking for a good service it's a big no.

Great product for wasting money
Worst service ever by any company that I used service centre guys are super rude and does not bother if the customer is suffering from either 10 or 20 days they won't give you the product back and if called will speak rudely I would recommend to donate your money somewhere else rather than wasting it on buying this product.
