I have TONS of colored pencils that are tiny & can't be held anymore. This extender allows me to use all those little nubs. Once it gets too tiny to sharpen, then it's off to the garbage bin. Really great item!

It works well So far
Its nice and has a firm grip on the small colored pencils. I only hope that the part near the bottom that twists doesn't create a callous on my finger- it has tiny criss cross patterns around the barrel, but it does feel smooth.

Way better than the wooden ones, worth the money
If you're an artist, please use these to get everything out of your pencils and don't be wasteful! You may see a cheaper alternative made from wood on here, but don't go for them, these ones actually stay together and firmly grasp your pencils
