I bought this cookbook and the vegan one back in the spring of this year. It's currently December 2024. I didn't try any of the recipes until this month, and I regret not trying them before now. They are simply amazing! Even my picky-eating child loves the recipes!Do not wait to try these recipes! They taste good and they make you feel good!

Both this cookbook and the one for Beef and Poultry have great recipes if you are looking to eat healthier. They are easy to follow and most importantly - delicious! I haven't tried them all yet but every one that I have made so far has been a winner.

Great recipes for anyone on the program! But I also recommended to friends not doing E2M as the recipes work well with other programs like Food Fuels etc.

One of the E2M official cookbooks from the E2M program. Lots of simple and delicious recipes that fit within the meal plan guidelines from the program. All fresh, non processed ingredients and simple easy to prepare meals. Recommend that you join the E2M community to fully appreciate the program and the meal plan that this book accompanies.

I love this cookbook! The recipes not only taste great but they are also healthy. There are a lot of photos, which I love, and the meals are very easy to prep as well as make. My husband and I have adopted a new long term lifestyle of eating healthy and we couldn’t be more happier. Thank you E2M for an amazing cookbook!

I HIGHLY recommend this cookbook for anyone doing E2M! (Recommend it also for people who aren’t doing E2M… but should be!) I’d ordered the Beef & Poultry one first & everything in there was so good that I knew I needed this one too. This makes eating healthy SO easy and SO tasty!!!!!

Simple and tasty recipes. At this price point, would have loved a few more recipes. The testimonies were inspiring.
