Haier 325 L, 3 Star, Convertible 14-in-1 Triple Inverter & Fan Motor Technology, with Display Frost Free Double Door Bottom Mount Refrigerator (HEB-333DS-P, Dazzle Steel)

I purchased the Haier 325 L Refrigerator on 24th May 2025. While I couldn’t get my preferred color due to limited options, I opted for the Silver Brushline, which still looks sleek and elegant.At first, the refrigerator seemed quite large upon delivery, but once unpacked, it arrived in excellent condition and was installed the same day by a Haier engineer. Why did I choose Haier Refrigerator? I’ve been using a Haier washing machine for the last four years, and based on its reliable performance, I confidently chose to go with Haier again for my refrigerator.The fridge is spacious, cools efficiently, and delivers on expectations. Overall, it's an excellent product and great value for money. My only suggestion to the company is to introduce more color options, so customers can choose according to their preference.

My review on after 3month of usage.Good product suitable for 4member family.Operating system is very easy.This product is BMR technology to best and reduce for 60 to70% of bending.Product look is very beautiful and amazing a turbo icing technology for only one hour icing.Noice level is very low.Totally functionality is good.Service quality is good.Totally is value for money.

The item that was initially shipped was defective and I was really disappointed. Though I had an option to have it shipped back, I got it repaired instead. The service technician who visited an exchange but I was reluctant as it took quite an effort to get this Fridge to first floor. I had to hire additional man power to get this lifted to my floor and chose to get it repaired instead. The technician who attended the complaint did the gas charging and it was working fine for 2-3 days. Frustrated with the issue I raised a complaint again and explained the situation. The technician immediately recommended exchange & the delivery was scheduled. The delivery men along with the additional man power helped me get the fridge unpacked and get the old one packed. The fridge has been working fine as of now. The build quality is excellent the features are great and the storage space is very smart & sensible.I did purchase their AMC for any other failures that covers me 5 years for the fridge & the Compressor has a 10 years warranty anyways. I am very happy with my choice & regarding the initial hiccup, I just treated that as my bad luck. The fridge replaced was directly from Haier. It is far better than my 2 years old Whirlpool refrigerator that has a compressor failure that Whirlpool has refused to replace though it has 10 years warranty. The Whirlpool support is pathetic. The Service head & write to CEO is a waste. Planning to take on Whirlpool to consumer court.

Refrigerator of haier is world worst class product every.1. day one delivered 19th april 10am morning installation done 5pm at evening installation by haier he told that product will start working in 3 hours and till date it’s not cooling haier install too guys not picking of phone worst ever service by haier I would not recommend to anyone plz do not fall in this product.2. Local vendor always give you good service if anything happens with electronic product3 Amazon call center people do not care of customer service too they ask first need technician visit to see product technical did visited he found new product gas leakage issue attaching pics.. he said report will be submit today and till till no report or any issue reposition given by amazon or haier.. I wish quick result and refund on my purchase..Ultimately worst service by amazon and haierJo maine suffer kiya last 8 days I hope other customer will not buy from amazon or haier.. plz guys be aware and stay safe

The fridge is wonderful, spacious shelves, good fruit basket, very clean design, the matt finish black color looks outstanding, it's actually very practical that the bottom freezer is hardly used, hence the fridge on the top makes it so convenient to use. Over all very happy.

Product is quite good one value for money .. function are good energy saving for a month I am getting 150 to 200 rs more on electric bill ideal for 4 to 6 people family

Had to order twice as the first one got scratches during shipping. Had to wait long time to get the delivery of the second order almost 15 days , after countless calls and personally visit the delivery partner multiple times got delivery one day before the scheduled delivery date. The product is good and freezer in the bottom makes it practical. Look wise it is nice
