Update***While I wish to keep my good review of the phone, I have to share that THE THING will not work for Verizon and probably any other carriers if the phone has been updated... I installed all the updates, thinking that the phone wouldn't work properly if I didn't, and then suddenly it didn't want to read the sim and give me data coverage DON'T UPDATE THE PHONE IF YOU ARE USING ANY CARRIER OTHER THAN T-MOBILE!!!!!I've had many experiences with technical issues from government, otherwise known as Obama phones... I recently started working and my phone service on my lifeline ended. I was forced to use the phone sim that I had been using as a wi-fi hotspot on another phone as a day to day telephone... When I received this package I had read all of the negative reviews and thought that I took would experience problems with it, especially with setting up the sim card... I plugged everything in and it worked without any problem and loaded my service which is "Visible by Verizon" up without any issues... The phone's aesthetically pleasing... I love the screen, and the color choices you can choose from while selecting a wallpaper... I chose a theme of mint green... The G400 has NFC installed in it, so you can use this device as a wallet wherever Gpay is accepted! You can also upload your bus pass and use it to enter the tap systems, like where I live in Los Angeles... I'm excited, and very happy to be an owner of this legendary Nokia... The reviews states that this phone is out of date and won't receive any upgrades... I actually don't see how this phone can't be regarded as some that's space age, and I hope that my perception won't cause me any issues in the future as this phone literally spells out luxury for me, considering all the garbage I've had to deal with from my unlocked Blu B1550VL that started glitching after it received an upgrade... I think that if any of you reading this figure you want to enjoy feeling like a person who eats grey poupon, and has a live at home butler then please consider purchasing this thing as it is actually way more than people make it out to be!! I don't think that any of you will go unpleased by it's cool features!

It works well

It keeps typing multiple letters instead of just one letter. I have to restart it over and over again just to be able to text normally. My daughter has this same phone and it is not an issue. May need to return.

I wanted an unlocked, feature-rich phone that had decent RAM and didn't freeze up every time I added an app or downloaded something. I currently use the Motorola G Play 2023 and it is absolute garbage. I bought it brand new and unlocked and have nothing but problems with it. This Nokia is better in basically every way. First of all, I could not tell it was refurbished, as it looked brand new. Phone is a good size, has a great camera, fingerprint unlock (which is my preferred method) and not laggy and filled with bloatware. I was pretty exicted about using this phone. I tried to activate it on my existing postpaid US Cellular account and it was not compatible. I also tried activating it on a few MNVO carriers (Mint Mobile and US Mobile) and it was not compatible despite being fully unlocked as stated. The US Cellular rep I was speaking with said that there was an IMEI error when they tried to activate it..not "blacklisted" but unknown or unregistered IMEI and would not activate. I'm not sure what carrier this phone actually works with, but you should check with your carrier before purchasing this. Great looking phone, just wish it worked.

It works on AT&T, do not pay attention to the first text that states from AT&T "this phone will not work in this network" it will it's just the text comes before you setup and update the phone. Some reviews obviously took the text seriously and gave up. Even came with a cord and a charger.

Very nice but .... only had it about 4 months and .... sometimes seems a little slow when opening some of the apps like the camera, text messages, and settings. I say a little slow because a few months ago, it would open them with no delay, now it might be a 5 second delay. Not a big deal but ... why? That's why it's not 5 stars.

At times have trouble with Waze program tells me RR tracks in front. Trouble is thy are 1/2 mile away ? Otherwise works real nice

I like the fact that it has some Snapdragon processor and just about the same ram internal storage display etc as the Nokia x100. Fortunately I found an x100 brand new very hard to find. I was hoping this phone would work out great but it doesn't function. it only went Android 10 it would probably be ok. Myself a favor by yourself and then Kia x100 looking for a note for your cell phone...... Baby go update it when you get it give it a try. Also talk to text it's not working for me
