Haven’t used Pantene for years, this turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It doesn’t make weigh my hair down, dry my scalp out, create strange build up and foams easily plus softened my hair. I live in a very dry area with horribly hard water and my hair was making me crazy even with a shower filter - I used to live with soft water and my hair was beautiful. Now problem resolved and I don’t have to think about it anymore.

This shampoo is very nice. It makes my hair look so good and soft.

Shampoo works great on daughter’s long thick hair- less tangly and frizzy.

The product is amazing, but the ad is deceptive. The shampoo bottle is slightly different than the conditioner bottle but the photo shows two shampoo bottles. The text written on the conditioner bottle is correct but the bottle in that photo is a shampoo bottle. Of course, I should have read the ad closer, but I only buy this shampoo product and saw two of them next to each other, so I trusted (mistakenly) I was getting two bottles of shampoo, which is exactly what I wanted. Now I have a bottle of conditioner I will never use.
