I ordered this item for my husband. He is a big man and it did not work for his neck. When ordering it said free returns. I did the return and it gave me a return label and charged me for it. I still refit and after I dropped it off at UPS I get a message from the seller that he does not do returns unless it’s broke! Stay away from this seller is all I can say.

Because it was absolutely rubbish did nothing like you said it would did nothing like it should do it hurt me and I sent it back I would definitely not recommend this or any product probably from this company I think you for trying and of course this fast shipping is always great

Product really does not work to relieve any stress in the neck. The roller is not effective and the size is really too small.

The second day we had it, the roller broke off. Cheaply made garbage, don’t waste your money.
