No SSD Buyer beware
The system was cherry for a refurb. Very nice screen and keyboard had no signs of regular usage. Seemed fast.I work in IT, I know my way around hardware. I always reinstall Windows on a new to me system even when it is a fresh install, especially when that fresh install is done by someone that I don't know. I came to find out that the Windows install was more difficult than normal as the hard drive was specially partitioned in a way so as to setup a raid array within the same drive. It was labeled as a SanDisk SSD so I didn't think much of it at first. After I wiped it it started to slow down significantly. When I started investigating, I found out was actually a 512GB Toshiba 5400rpm HDD, so the size was correct but not the type.If it was just regular had drive that'd be one thing but it was actively hidden that there was no SSD in the system. That's not good business. The drive was named as a SanDisk SSD but the Windows Device Manager saw it for what it was. If I hadn't had an IT background then I might never would've know to check things out. Malicious is the only word that comes to mind by the person who set it up to actively take advantage of others. If you bought this already double check the that the drive is an SSD.

Great laptop, powerful and reliable. Everything works just as should!
I like this laptop. Mine came without a single scratch. Like new. Using it almost 5 months - no problems at all!Pros: It's fast and powerful enough for daily needs. Not noisy if not overloaded by games.Cons: It can be noisy if you play games. I play TF2 sometimes. Not actually noisy, but you can hear fun working.
