Q: Will this cure with a UV light?

The white bottle is gel, so it will cure in the UV light, the clear bottle is normal polish.

Q: Referring to "Wedding Veil"-says it's full coverage white base/is it an opaque white can be used in place of clear base coat?

No it will not be clear you still will get a semi white with the clear bottle, an the white bottle is gel, sometimes you’ll need to build it up for the color to pop up more.

Q: Do I need to purchase the base coat and top coat in addition to this set?

You can use any gel foundation base coat and top coat you prefer. As it is gel you absolutely do need to use a base and top coat to set the colors.

Q: Do u need a nail lamp?

Yes for the gel polish you will need a nail lamp, for the nail lacquer you will not. It comes with both gel and regular lacquer.
