One of the headphones stopped working after 9 months on minimum use. Contacted support and they offered replacement since it was covered in 1 year warranty.

Left side stopped working within two weeks of purchase. Further we just discovered soundpeats changed the return policy by reducing return window days, so can’t see return option now.

I don't know why maybe e problem is the phone. The Mike was not working at all. It's not good. The other side could not hear my voice

Well i had just lost my airpods and had to replace them with something close in terms of sound quality.. i went on and on with different brands, not until i tried these soundpeats… from the time i tried them, i stopped looking, they are just amazing. Pure value for money.

I bought this product and it was compliant, after talking to support they sent me new earbuds. Very good customer support. The sound effect of the earbuds is very good

After 11 months of usage one of the earbuds not working and I contacted soundpeats customer service they send me a brand new item
