There is no condensation drain hole on the back of the header, instructions do not match the product. I need someone to contact me to let me know what to do.

Hello; to any and all whom may question this purchase. Don’t. I was hesitant at first due to lack of reviews. But I caved and bought it anyways. It’s a great buy. ( I run a small business and Ice is a key part of it.)I must admit that I had trouble at first because I thought the ice machine came as one machine (not two halves) so I expected 1 package. When I received the package it was only the top half. Confused I went to my Amazon APP and looked at my purchase hoping to find “1 out of 2 packages delivered”.To my dismay it said the whole package has been delivered. There was no sign there was another package (bottom half) still in shipment.The shipper/seller has no contact information on the order so I had to result to leaving a bad review in hopes the seller will contact me. (HE DID!) and very quickly. The seller/ customer representative proved to had/provide the best customer service possible. He dived into the investigation of said missing package and He explained there were 2 packages and FedEx must have separated the packages during shipment and the company was sorry it had happened. He followed up the next day; and rest assured me that I will receive the other half. Even after I had received the bottom half he called and made sure I was satisfied with the purchase.Can’t go wrong with this seller.The machine works wonders; it’s been a week. The machine makes ICE very fast. (For every hour; the machine dispense ice 3 times) the ice is shaped as cubes and last long. In one night the ice machine was at full capacity; I haven’t been able to use all the ice. It’s more than enough for my restaurant. I am very happy with the machine and the seller.If you need an ice machine. This is the one to pick.

Please avoid to waste your MONEY, I PURCHASED THE MACHINE IN LATE SEPTEMBER 2023, AND THE MACHINE NO LONGER WORKS, THERE'S NO SUPPORT OF ANY KIND .......

I am a master plumber and I installed this icemaker right in the same place as the more expensive one! There was no condensate drain in this unit as described in the diagram and installation instructions. Once installed exactly as instructions stated minus no header condensate drain clearly in the instructions however nonexistent on the actual header it throws an E-01 error not every time but every other start up. The previous unit worked six years on the same connections. NO PHONE NUMBER I could call. Please contact me and will gladly change my review! It came with a header condensate drain tube and snap ring but no header outlet to connect to!!!!
