These are legitimately so delicious. The fiber content is great, but the flavor and texture make them a real treat. They are also very reasonably priced. They've become a staple in our house.

My husband eats one bar a day for lunch to help keep him “regular”. He finds a bar for lunch is filling enough to help him make it till dinner and also it’s like eating something sweet without feeling sinful. He likes the texture and it’s not like eating dry wood chips.

Having been diagnosed with diverticulitis, my doc said to eat more fiber. I wasn't accustomed to paying attention to the fiber content in our food, so when I started checking, I was surprised to find that many foods contain a certain amount of fiber, but we'd have to eat like pigs to get enough. I searched for pills or bars that would provide a good amount of fiber, and these were one of the highest-fiber products I found. I figured they'd taste like tree bark. Whoa, a huge surprise that they actually are very good!

Great taste. Quality as expected. I’ve got these a few times and always my snack “go to”. The extra fiber is just what this 60something needs.
