they shrink evenly and tight to the wires. these are sized appropriately for the wires to be covered. no short large diameter pieces. great assortment in an appropriate storage container.

Boat trailer wiring

I use this stuff on everything. I have it on boat and utility trailers that are exposed to water and road grime. I have it under the dash and hood of my 74 Bronco, the wiring of the LED lights on my FLHR, sprinkler controls, and everything else I want to keep a signal or current in.The shrinkage is predictable, and the tubes can be cut to length, or used overlapping to create a VERY watertight seal. I use it to insulate the wires from wearing against the holes on the trailer frame from wearing through and shorting out. Get some. Use some. Get some more.

Good Quality. I use a lot of heat shrink tubing but needed some with glue inside to keep water out. I tried my luck with this and was totally impressed. Its the good rubbery heat shrink and not the cheap plastic type. I used a mini torch to shrink it down and it shrinks down to half its size. The glue oozed out the ends! great stuff will buy again.

Excellent heat shrink. The 3 to 1 shrink ratio and the internal heat activated adhesive makes for a very sturdy bond and connection. Very sturdy. I have even used it to repair a pair of eyeglasses! I lost the set screw to one side and the heat shrink tube is holding the whole pair of eye glasses together and making them totally functional. That is some tough heat shrink! The high shrink ratio requires far less of different sizes of tubing to cover many more sizes of repair. You can use a much bigger size tubing to cover many more sizes of wire or other repairs. Requiring one to have far less amount of heat shrink sizes on hand than the 2 to 1 variety. The adhesive activates and flows very quickly keeping the tube in place when applying heat from a heat gun. Very handy. The heat activated adhesive and the much thicker walled tubing is what makes the finished repair much sturdier. It does what it says, and is actually much tougher than one would imagine. I will be using this heat shrink exclusively from now on! Thank you!
