Good quality stainless steel towel holder. Sleek and sturdy and looks better than my previous towel holder. Overall great product!

Bad design
No installation instructions. It was poorly designed. The main screw was too short to provide any support to the mounting bracket. If I could give it 0 stars, I would have. Returned for a better brand.
