Good Product and Responsive Seller
The product is super useful and one of my favorite lifting tools as a climber. Also the seller was super responsive when I had a problem and immediately sent a replacement, which was great!

Hand and wrist strength builder!!!
A must have in the gym bag! Started arm wrestling about 5 months ago and quickly realized I had no wrist strength, after trying a few different workouts I still just couldnt feel much in my hand and wrist, after buying this handle my hand a wrist strength has went through the roof. Great product for sure!!!

Broken
was very useful to begin with but after only about 5 training sessions one of the end caps broke off and I was unable to use anymore

Strap didn't last 6 months.
I used it maybe once a week, and the metal edge slowly cut through one of the straps (after 6 months) and now it is pretty useless.I emailed the company about it and they never responded
