Does the job well
Works very well, much less expensive than the Stew brand. I don't do this for a living, but appreciate a good tool. Everything I have purchased from Music Nomad has been great.

Rigid, solid. Produces flatness. Watch the radius of the neck carefully.
Excellent for flattening frets uniformly, but be careful, you can lose your neck radius if you don't work evenly. Also, you need to make sure you're not dealing with frets that are working up out of the slots, which should be reseated and glued first.
