Delivered on time Easy & quick to assemble. My cats love it . I haven’t taken them anywhere yet , just getting them used to it. They have a little rug in it & toys. It’s in the living room , they are in & out of it all the time! It’s really cute! Will .take the stress out of vet & nail trims.

Super light and spacious, my dog is 12lb and it was love at first sight. He jumped right in and taking him on the plane tomorrow.Wheel bottom part is on Velcro and easy to remove.

I took my dog on a flight for the first time and ordered and returned a lot of carriers before I decided on this one. It was sturdy, easy to use and I was able to wheel him around the airport prior to boarding. I was traveling with another person so I had them carry the bottom with wheels. I took the bottom off the crate with the wheels prior to boarding and just carried my dog into the plane and slid him under the seat. I was on a Southwest flight and was able to fit him and my backpack in front of me. He did stick out a bit but I was fine. I think if I travel alone, I will have to put the bottom with wheels in the overhead compartment. My dog is about 14 pounds. I thought he wasn't going to fit but he was fine.

Great carrier, sturdy with accurate dimensions. The top will not squish like my old carrier (Sturdi) but fits neatly on my Delta A321-200 Comfort Plus widow seat.The ventilation seems sufficient for my dog, the carrier is sturdy, and my pup gets in and out easily. He is a crate trained, 14lbs senior Havanese, so I have no clue how badly anxious riders may damage the soft mesh panels but for a good rider, it’s great. Some carriers have mesh panel covers to manage weather and light but this one does not.One directional zippers erect the carrier and they do not be locks. The base attaches with strong Velcro, which can get tedious but is the most cost effective way to secure it.I took a Star off because of two design flaws that may not bother you… (1) there’s no luggage strap, so when you need to get your checked bag, you cannot stack. (2) The handle never stands at 90 degrees, so getting on and off airport escalators, airport trains, and moving around tight spaces is cumbersome. I had to constant stretch the whole arm out and l completely retract it to move in tight spaces and do escalators to the terminal train. Also, this handle position make it easy to clip yourself on the heels while rolling the bag. Oh and I’m 5’2 and find the handle to be short. I think if it were longer, you’d really be taking up space.That said, the handle storage mechanism is excellent, the quality is very good and this is one of the better ones I’ve tried. My favorite is the 19” Katziela but it’s an inch too tall for Delta flights and it’s top also doesn’t squish down.What would make this a 5 star review? If Petsfit would exchange this base for one where the handle is longer and tilts upright to 90 degrees!Im going to keep it. I say try it. Good luck.

I already own a Petsfit soft crate, which I have been using for months, and is very well made. I wanted an XL carrier for my babies, just so they have extra space when going to the Vet. After scrolling thru many pages of carriers, I came across this one!! I did some additional research to make sure it's what I wanted, and hit the "buy" button! It arrived the next day, and was well packaged. ((F.Y.I. When I ordered this carrier, I needed to be home & present for delivery to provide a one-time password to the driver)). It folds nicely for storage and I absolutely love that a (good quality) zippered storage bag is included. My 2-year old (12 lb.) cat Houdini refused to get out of the carrier as I took the photos for this review! If you need a large carrier (with or without wheels), I highly recommend THIS one!!! I own a dozen carriers in many different styles, and this became my new favorite as soon as I opened it!! I will update after we use the carrier!!**CARRIER-TRAINING TIPS: If your cat hates their carrier: Make it a fun space for them! Bring the carriers out into your living space, and give them a permanent spot in your home (ideally, one carrier per cat). Put your kitty's favorite blanket & toys inside, and provide lots of treats inside the carrier, as well. Once your cat is comfortable laying in his/her carrier, begin closing the door/s and going for short walks around the house. Slowly lengthen their time spent in the carrier. Go for walks around the neighborhood; Go for short drives; Etc. Keep in Mind: Carrier-Training is a huge bonus if there happens to be an emergency or natural disaster situation where you & your animals may need to evacuate in a hurry! It's a great idea to assign a word that means "carrier time"!! You could say "Crate!" or "Let's go for a ride!" Make the carrier a part of their daily environment & routine, and you will have no problems when you need them in it.!!

The media could not be loaded. Bought this specifically for transporting all 3 adult cats to the vet at once. I used to have to make 2 vet appointments because I couldn’t handle carrying all 3 in those plastic cat carriers- always feels like the handle will break and the cats will get loose. If you have multiple cats you know how stressful it can be on the cats when it’s time to go to the V-E-T (not to mention the stress on pet parent). Got it next day and used it today. Super easy and intuitive to set up, wheel base is removable so the carrier part can be carried with sturdy handles. All 3 cats fit with room to spare. Folds flat and comes with a carrying case. Very well made and sturdy construction. The vet tech loved it too and was impressed that it was so roomy. The wheels aren’t designed for cross country treks through the wilderness, but perfect for shuttling your furry friends around paved walkways.The only slight hiccup was when I first tried extending the handle to its longest position- it got stuck and for a few minutes I thought it was broken. Turns out I had to tug on it quick and hard and it unstuck the push pin mechanism on the sides- no issues after that. Great product and a life saver.
