Terrible
I bought this to use during my recovery from knee surgery. It’s terrible!!!! I have to keep inflating it every hour because it deflates. This is awful. I would return it but I need it for as long as I can as I had the surgery yesterday. Ugh!!!!

It just doesn't work for me
It's perfect for elevating one leg but easy to slide off sides with two. I kept turning it this way and that but wasn't comfortable. I tried to use on vacation but just resorted to pillows by 2nd night. I gave it away once back from vacation

Great for travel
I have lower back partially herniated discs. Long stints of sitting aggravate this condition. I use a round pillow for driving and work, but I needed something that would collapse for travel to Europe (11 hr flight). This worked like a charm. We walked over 70 miles on our trip with no back issues. This pillow was easy to pack, blow up and collapse after use.
