These are FINALLY QUIET chair slides!!! I had given up on my quest because I tried so many different kinds of casters for my dining room chairs that I was resigned to get a room rug . But the more I looked at rugs - no matter how beautiful some were - none seemed to fit in my dining room. I came to the conclusion that it wasn't the rugs: I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO COVER MY FLOOR! So, I searched for "Quiet chair slides" and voila the solution appeared! As soon as I got them, I noticed they were different, then I compared the dragging noise of one chair with my old casters and one chair with the new ones: big difference! No more annoying scratching sound! What a relief! And far less expensive than a new carpet!!!

These were purchased to save a floor wax job in a public hall. They are better than the hard rubber table feet they covered that left scratch marks when slid. These just leave light buff marks since they are fabric tipped. They were surprisingly easy to put on, and seem to be stable on the leg tips when the tables are pushed about.

The product works well. I purchased the medium size for my folding chairs, but I believe a small size would be an exact fit. The medium size rubber has an excellent grip and fits snugly on the metal frame. However, I will keep the medium, even though the small size would likely fit better.

These have a nice tight cuff but the problem I have is my chairs have tapered legs and these flare out. I know that will wear them out more quickly. I wish someone made a cap that fits tiny tapered chair legs. These are easy to install and the chairs do slide more easily with them.

So far so good! They're easy to apply, fit my chair legs perfectly and blend nicely with the color. Chair slides nicely.

So far so good they fit like a glove. They’re protecting my floors the chairs don’t wobble with them on 10 out of 10 recommend but I only put them on today so I’ll update my review if they don’t hold up nicely.

Worked well at first on our dining room chairs but then they started to slide off and the chair leg would rub through the plastic side. We chose to not use the zip ties that came with these as we thought they were very ugly but if we did use them then maybe this would not have happened. Personally I would rather my dining room chairs not to have ugly zip ties.
