Does not work, stay away!
No wonder this product didn't have any reviews. It doesn't work. The original chip doesn't fit in the new cartridge! No manual, just a poorly printed leaflet that obscures the pictures.No matter how I tried, the original chip can not fit under the new chip.I'm returning this.

Great product!
Works great. The bonus for me was that I was able to replace my original cartridges one at a time. Completely compatible.... by the way NEVER let Epson fool you into doing a firmware upgrade, do that and this product will most likely not work.
