I've tried two now. Both of them fit and looked right but didn't have the part number correct. However, I tried it anyway and even after power cleaning to push ink through the papers came out white. My original printerhead works 99% of the time, I just wanted one that would work 100%.... But at least it allowed me to test these 😑

I replaced the Print Head and now I keep getting errors. - Took it out and replace it 4 times and the same issue - the error code is alerting me that there is a problem with the printer head. Lost $ 20.00 + the price of the printer. Lesson learned!!!

I received the printer head and it looked used. I installed it in my printer anyway. When I turned the printer on it fried the electrical and now my printer won’t turn on. Now I have to buy a new printer.

I got the new print head and installed it normally.i got no image and tried to print head cleaning function and noting . I then removed the printhead and checked it and it was clogged .

This print head has 4 color ports and says that it fits on a ET 2720, which is what I use. But an ET 2720 is a black AND COLOR printer (all on one print head). So I missed the part where THIS printhead is only printing black ink. So why have the other 3 ports and advertise it as fitting an ET 2720 if it doesnt completely print all colors with this printer? I waited about a month after ordering to find this out. My fault for not fully reading the description I guess. Its misleading which is why I didnt catch it.As a side note, the black prints beautifully. But that's all you get.

This print head came defective, it burnt my printer's original logic board and it also fried a replacement logic board. Stay away from this product, it's a gamble. Do yourself a favor and get a new printer.
