This is a great, very large and very useful blanket for helping to dampen and control some sound. Great value for the mula.

Heavy and very much sound density

I am using this product to deaden outside noise. There’s quite a bit of construction, several train crossings, and road noise nearby. Sounds have been reduced to a level I’m comfortable with. While this has been a great product I am giving it a 4/5 mainly due to the smell. There is a slight mildew smell that is minor and I only smell it up close. I’ve tried extra strength fabric febreez which did not help. I recommend.

i was a little wary but it's exactly what i was looking for: a heavy-weight, strong blanket that I can hang on the wall. I'm using it to try to dampen sound.It feels really well made and it's very thick. Fulfills my expectations exactly. I'm very happy.

Hard to say how effective it is - certainly too ineffective for the price.

Hung this blanket behind my Drum kit and found good results with it.

As advertised but the one I received had a damaged ring. See picture. I am pretty sure I received a returned product that was damaged and then sent back out to me. The plastic packaging looked resealed. Will get some pliers to see if I can repair and use.

I used it to partially cover the dog crate for my dog. She tends to bark at everything she hears. It helps with the barking bothering my neighbors.
