Absolute perfection!!!! A little goes a long way. Filled the bowl all the way up to the top in under 3 minutes... for those finding themselves frustrated with popcorn kernels scattering everywhere... as you approach the bottom of the serving, tilt the popcorn maker downwards. This directs those errant seeds straight into the bowl.

These are only way I can eat popcorn. Love it.

It is very light weight, and doesn't take much space to store. Simple 30 second set up, all you do is place the top on, and plug it in. Once the kernels are in, it heats up pretty quickly, and the popcorns come out really big and nice. The butter tray works well to heat up butter while the corn is popping.It gets pretty hot on top, make sure you are not using it underneath anything that could be damaged by the heat. Also, once the popping gets going, it will rush out violently. I usually would use a big paper bag to wrap around the chute to capture all the jumping corns. One scoop of kernel can yield a very large amount of popcorn. Given the machine is fairly inexpensive, it pays for itself in a few uses.Given the amount of heat it generates, I might be cautious when allowing a child to use it without supervision.

I rarely write reviews. I had a previous different model used frequently that lasted more years than I can remember. I bought this one and it had issues from the start. I read some reviews and trouble shooting ideas. I previously sent a message after the plastic top melted, hoping for a new top. I never received a reply. I had a work around for several months, then the popcorn started burning and was stuck in the machine. I won’t use it again.

This thing is possessed by the devil. When it starts, about a dozen kernels come shooting out, sometimes landing in the bowl, sometimes bouncing all over the counter. When it pops the popcorn it pops fine but as it gets towards the end, both piping hot kernels and popcorn shoot over the bowl in every direction. One time I made the mistake of walking away from the popcorn maker while it was popping and it literally did a quarter turn. I had popcorn all over the counter and on the floor, including the laundry room several feet away. The butter half melts in the butter tray. Not the best air pop maker. I gave it 3 stars cause the popcorn is good but everything else about the maker leaves something to be desired.
