Heaviness of the pan
Very good quality

Good solid product
Likes- Heats up faster, measurements are etched on the inner part. Easy to clean and the milk doesn’t stick to the pan. It may stick a if you boil it for a long period but its easy to scrub off. I feel its much better than the other tea pans I have been using all there years. Its also heavy.Dislike- Handle does get hot but I hold it more towards the tail end where it not that much hot.

Excellent product
Excellent crftsmanship, good material used, right size for induction plate, it is valued for the money and only þhing it was showing 2.2 L capcity but real capcity is 2.0 L.

Defective Handle design of Bergner pots
Water engrossed in handle during pot cleaningWhen pot was put on heat for cooking the water inside the handle heated and made the handle extremely hot and when I poured out from pot using cloth the hot water started dipping out from hole and burned my hand

Very good product , not deep but a shallow vessel. Thick as expected . Looks nice .It’s exactly 2 litres.

Product with out lid
Quality of sauce pan is good.But the pan is supplied with out. In the order it is given saucepan with lid So the lid is missing.Kindly send me the lid.I have ordered saucepan 14 cm and 16 cm also Kindly check and deliver the product
