Very pleased with the quality of the product and ability to cancel out the background noise as well as hear what’s coming from the receiving end clearly

You get what you pay for
The earpiece base is a bit small. The noise cancellation can make you sound like you're very far away to the other person. But it works for the amount i paid.

TERRIBLE Instructions
If it was only images it might be more helpful....But it doesn't make any sense and it doesn't have any images. The parts they want to connect are not labeled the same as the parts that they sent. It is nonsense.

DISAPPOINTED
People complained they could not really hear me. I had to twist the microphone closer to my mouth every time I talked. Ditched it and bought a different one. The cord is nice and long, the headset has nice ear pads -- fits nice on the head. If the microphone was adjustable this would be da bomb.
