Works great
The laptop that showed up was as described in the product description, and was in good shape. No problems to note after 6+ months of near daily use.

Ok but not great.
Overall the refurb seems ok. Insides look clean but the vinyl wrap they used to cover the old plastic looks bad. Already peeling at edges and they miss cut around the logo and also around the fingerprint pad. But worst part is I ordered this specifically because it stated comes with windows 10. The testing hardware at my shop this unit will be attached to has to run on windows 8 or no higher than windows 10. This thing came with windows 11 pro. For some that might seem like a bonus but when you ordered it specifically for windows 10, it is a major headache. I will try to roll it back to 10 but if it will not, I will be sending back as it will be useless for what I bought it for as a replacement for my other laptop hooked to my testing equipment that died.
