What kind of steel is used for the blade & other tools?

The blade is made of 7Cr17 high-carbon stainless steel and is heat treated up to HRC58 of hardness. The pliers are made of 420 stainless steel with powder die casting process which hardness are up to HRC55. The other tools are made of 3Cr13 stainless steel with hardness around HRC52~55.
