Delicious!
Very tasty, used it to make vegan mushroom fettuccine alfredo and it tasted amazing. Also used it in tomato pasta sauce to enhance flavour and it was great.

Good flavor
I am delighted to find a shiitake mushroom powder that is grown in the US and is reasonably priced. It has a fine texture, it smells of shiitake and has a good flavor. I am very pleased.

Great low sodium condiment.
Wonderful NO SALT addition to soups, rice, vegetables, meat &c…easily mixes with any food. I put it in a shaker & sprinkle it on .
