Simple and easy instructions to make black coffee.. it came in well packed safe package... reading the manual is important for proper long term problem free usage.. I would recommend this product for coffee lovers

Poor quality product
The products leaks water. I had requested Amazon for a replacement and have not received any communication in the last 10 days. DONT BUY

Damaged condition
Product came damaged with a broken hinge and water leaking out from the water gauge container. Didn’t even bother trying to replace it just threw it in the trash. Got a nice glass container out of it so that’s something I guess.

Excellent product
This is a fabulous product ,so i am a lover of black coffee and this product is my lifesaver with in a span of 5 minutes i could get 5 cups of coffee ready and it also stays warm for half an hour!!!!!!! Perfectttt for me....Go for it guysss....best purchase recently
