Good and easy to use
Nice photo printer, easy to use. Photo quality is good. However, photo cartridges are a bit expensive.

White patches on print
The prints had a white patch on the top left. What was worse and probably the most troubling was Amazon’s return process - they kept passing the buck from one support person to another. It has been the single most harrowing customer service interaction with anyone - I feel like the above rating should be both for Amazon and the product itself.
