The product quality is good. The cover is thick and luxurious. Though latex feels soft to the touch the pillow is very firm and offers solid support.

The pillow is pf bad quality. Much better pillow are available at half of price.The pillow tag read do not fold but the pillow comes folded in a tiny box.

The item weight (2 pillows) is 3 k.g. Not 4 k.g. as mentioned in description.
