These probiotics are very helpful to staying regulated. I take 2 a day and I always go around the same time everyday. They don't leave an after taste and are easy to swallow. Sometimes I can even eat what I shouldn't because these help with digestion.

I rarely have constipation, but since I was on this prebiotic, and I have only taken 1 a day instead of 2, I had been so constipated and bloated. The feeling of gas and constipation really pressured my bowel to the point of pain.As soon as I stopped it, the next day, I was fine. I won't purchase this again.
