Safe and easy to install
Set it up in my office, was easy to install sturdy and the quality seems pretty good. I would recommend it

I enjoyed this product until it failed.
The media could not be loaded. Listen, I know this is a very inexpensive drop safe and that realistically I should be investing in something that costs upwards of 10 to 20 times more. However I only purchased this product in December of 2023, and to be quite Frank I misplaced the keys because the combination always worked. But now the bottom row of the keys suddenly do not work and I can't enter my 8-digit combination into the safe anymore because the bottom row of the entry digits does not work. Is there anything anybody can do or anyway I can order a replacement key to open the safe? It's a cheap enough save to where I could honestly open it manually with a screwdriver or any kind of pry bar but it's not what I want to do being that up until now (as in literally tonight 7/19) The safe worked perfectly. I don't know why the bottom row of keys no longer works.

No handle to open the door
Works great. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a handle to open the door! We had to buy a handle and adhere it to the front door.

Great for price
Didn’t expect it to be of such good quality because around 60$ but it’s great

Unfortunately an Unreliable Product
Want so much to like this but unfortunately this product has had nothing but problems for us..the safe is a great size and I so wish it worked but this is a horrible product and horrible customer service. I have had 3 huge problem with 3 different safes I purchased for my 3 different clinic locations. 1) The battery dies every few weeks. You need to make sure the batteries are constantly replaced or else the safe will not open. If the safe can no longer open from the combinations, then you have to make sure you have the key to open it up. However, it is very challenging and time consuming to open it up w the key. Then this just happened. The battery was replaced last week and yesterday the safe did not open w the combination. We could not find the key so called the customer service. They told us we had to fill out a form for a new key. They also told us we need a key number that is located on a white sticker next to the keyhole or on the back of the keyhole cover. Well, there is no white sticker on the front of the safe and our safe is bolted into the wall so we cannot get the number from the back and are now out of luck with lots of cash and electronics sitting inside the safe. So now we are told that we need to get a locksmith or a professional to drill a hole in the safe. You get what you pay for....

It functions well for low level security.
We needed a small, lockable box with a slot for inserting envelopes. This safe easily fulfills that purpose. We keep it in another lockable cabinet for additional security. It is small, light and easily portable. It would not be able to defeat a forced entry. I can recommend it for low security purposes.

Great Safe for the money
The safe is definitely worth the money. It is heavy duty and does provide a safe place for documents. The slot is perfect for my needs. There are three complaints that I see in the write-ups... perhaps I can help. The key only needs to be turned counter clockwise just a little bit, perhaps a 16th of a turn, to unlock the safe. If you try to turn it with force it will break. The key cover just pops off with just a little bit of force and it easily presses back on.If you have trouble setting the code perhaps a number was pressed prior to setting the code. Just take out the batteries which resets the code and try again. If you do not the code will not be able to be set.The other comments were that the safe can be opened without keys or combination code. I don't know if this is true but most leading brand safes for under $200 dollars can be opened easily. You can find out how by searching on Google. This Safe is a deterrent, thieves will not have a problem. Very secure safes sell for hundreds. It is highly suggested not to lock a gun in a inexpensive safe. One last thought, buy lithium batteries do not discharge when not in use and will last a long time.
